WP WhatsApp Notifier is a WordPress plugin that connects your website with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to help you notify subscribers when new content is published.

1. License

WP WhatsApp Notifier is provided as a digital software product.

Your license allows you to install and use the plugin according to the plan purchased.

Personal Plan

  • License for 1 website
  • 1 year of plugin updates
  • 1 year of support

Business Plan

  • License for up to 5 websites
  • 1 year of plugin updates
  • 1 year of support

Agency Plan

  • License for up to 20 websites
  • 1 year of plugin updates
  • 1 year of support

The license is intended for the number of websites specified in the purchased plan. Using the plugin on additional websites requires an appropriate license.

2. Plugin Updates

Your purchase includes plugin updates for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • Security improvements
  • WordPress compatibility updates
  • PHP compatibility updates
  • Performance improvements
  • New features and enhancements

After the included update period expires, you may continue using the version you already have. Future updates may require a renewal or new license, depending on the update policy applicable at that time.

3. Technical Support

Support is included for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Support can help with:

  • Plugin installation
  • Plugin configuration
  • WhatsApp Cloud API configuration
  • Subscriber setup
  • Message template configuration
  • Webhook configuration
  • Message log and delivery-status issues
  • Troubleshooting problems directly related to WP WhatsApp Notifier

Support does not include:

  • General WordPress development
  • Custom website development
  • Custom plugin modifications
  • Hosting/server administration
  • Theme-related problems
  • Problems caused by other plugins
  • Problems caused by custom code
  • Meta Business or WhatsApp account verification
  • Third-party service outages or policy changes

4. WhatsApp & Meta Requirements

WP WhatsApp Notifier requires the customer’s own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API setup.

You are responsible for maintaining:

  • A WhatsApp Business Account
  • A WhatsApp Business phone number
  • WhatsApp Phone Number ID
  • WhatsApp access token
  • Approved WhatsApp message templates
  • Required Meta webhook configuration

WhatsApp message delivery is handled by Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API.

Delivery may depend on Meta’s policies, account status, message templates, messaging limits, recipient status and other third-party conditions.

VastWP Studio does not guarantee delivery of every WhatsApp message.

5. Payment

WP WhatsApp Notifier is a digital software product.

Payment is required before the plugin is delivered to the customer.

After payment confirmation, the customer will receive instructions for downloading the purchased plugin.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase.

A refund request may be submitted within 7 days if WP WhatsApp Notifier cannot reasonably perform its advertised core functionality and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable technical support.

Before requesting a refund, customers are encouraged to contact VastWP Studio so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Refunds do not apply to problems caused by:

  • Incorrect Meta/WhatsApp configuration
  • Third-party services
  • Hosting or server problems
  • Conflicts with other plugins or themes
  • Custom modifications
  • Customer-side configuration errors
  • Meta account restrictions or policy decisions

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

7. License Restrictions

Customers must not:

  • Resell the plugin as their own product
  • Redistribute the plugin publicly
  • Share the purchased plugin ZIP with others
  • Upload the plugin to public download websites
  • Remove or alter copyright and ownership notices
  • Sell or distribute modified versions of the plugin as a standalone product

The plugin may be used only within the website limits of the purchased plan.

8. Third-Party Services

WP WhatsApp Notifier integrates with third-party services, including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

VastWP Studio is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, pricing, policies, API changes or service availability of third-party platforms.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of Meta and any other third-party services they use.

9. Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their WordPress installation, hosting account, Meta credentials and WhatsApp API access tokens secure.

Do not share your WhatsApp access token or other API credentials publicly.

VastWP Studio will not request your private API credentials through an unsecured channel.

10. Product Changes

VastWP Studio may improve, modify or update WP WhatsApp Notifier over time.

Features may be added, improved, changed or discontinued when necessary for security, compatibility, performance or third-party API changes.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using WP WhatsApp Notifier, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these license, support and refund terms.
